Acceptance of terms
By signing in to the ProventusHR Journey Portal ("the Portal"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to the accompanying Privacy Policy. The Portal is provided to you as a participant, manager, HR SPOC, coach, or administrator within a ProventusHR leadership development programme your organization has engaged ProventusHR to deliver.
Who may use the Portal
Access is provided only to individuals genuinely participating in, or supporting the delivery of, a ProventusHR programme. Your account and role are provisioned by a ProventusHR programme administrator; you may not share your login credentials with anyone else.
Assessment and feedback content
Where the Portal asks you to rate, assess, or give feedback about a colleague, your responses are used solely for that colleague's own development reporting within the programme. Feedback should be given in good faith and in a professional manner. Misuse of the Portal to harass, or to submit knowingly false or malicious feedback about another person, is a violation of these terms.
Confidentiality
Development reports, assessment results, and coaching notes generated through the Portal are confidential and intended for your own individual development, or for the specific administrative/coaching role you hold within the programme. Do not share another participant's report or raw assessment data outside the access the Portal itself grants you.
Acceptable use
You agree not to attempt to access data or functionality the Portal has not granted to your role, to circumvent any access control, or to use the Portal for any purpose other than participating in or supporting your organization's ProventusHR programme.
No clinical or diagnostic use
Self-assessment instruments offered through the Portal (such as the Relationship Styles Inventory) are reflective, developmental tools grounded in self-perception. They are not clinical, diagnostic, or exhaustive psychological assessments, and should not be relied on as such.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time as the Portal evolves. Continued use of the Portal after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
